The BCS™ Servo Carriage System Series is a carriage system driven by a new generation of digital technology AC servo torque system. It consists of WIVOR's BCS controller, high-torque drive shaft, and carriage, supporting both manual and automatic carriage.
The BCS system supports turning-starting torque ranging from 500Nm to 4000Nm. The control system and drive shaft can be disassembled separately. The control system, including the drive shaft, weighs only 10-20kg. The mechanical turning part, including tooling, weighs just 50-60kg. It is suitable for maintenance of various narrow-position steam turbines and other units.
